Coffee breakdown

Put the coffee away.

Decaf coffee

  • Wash container
  • Put coffee heater underneath the FOH counter

Regular coffee

  • Put pot on regular burner

Put away the containers

  • Juice containers
  • Butter containers
  • Cream containers
  • Tray for syrup and jelly

Silverware tray for syrup and jelly gets transferred to FOH counter (left side)
