- Brick the grill (clean the grill)

Put away the ingredients.
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Mayo
- Mustard
- Pickles
Meat
- Put away the meat
Fries/salt station
Break down the fries/salt station.
Turn off
- Turn off all lights
- Turn off AC
- Turn off radio
- Lock the doors
- Take out the trash
