Check for Cleanliness

  • Do a walk-through and check for cleanliness (e.g. tables, floor, etc.)

Shift readiness

  • Was everything stocked and in their right place ready for you when your shift started?

Grill station

  1. Brick the grill (clean the grill)

Vegetable ingredients

Put away the ingredients.

  1. Tomatoes
  2. Lettuce
  3. Mayo
  4. Mustard
  5. Pickles

Meat

  • Put away the meat

Fries/salt station

Break down the fries/salt station.

Turn off

  1. Turn off all lights
  2. Turn off AC
  3. Turn off radio
  4. Lock the doors
  5. Take out the trash
